A little attention goes a long way
The hotel is located near the beach and has decent facilities. The staff is committed to making your experience enjoyable, and the gym is an excellent perk for guests. The breakfast had a great selection, including some delightful sweet products that stood out.
However, I faced some disappointments. the breakfast items were often empty and not refilled. Additionally, the elevators were painfully slow, leading to frustrating waits at times. Also, the pool area lacked cleanliness, which deterred me from using it.

Y’all, the views from our Grand Twin Room were just breathtaking! The reception team really went outta their way to help us. But bless your heart, the breakfast could use some serious work. I reckon a bit more variety would do wonders.

The location is convenient, just across the road from the public beach with beds and umbrellas. Daily cleaning kept the room fresh, and having Lotte Mart in the building is super handy for snacks.
The pool area could use a bit more attention to cleanliness.

Lovely room with daily cleaning and a nice kids zone in the mall. Location was perfect, and the views were just breathtaking!
The Wi-Fi was slower than my grandmother’s old dial-up. Oh, and the lift took forever—you could run a marathon in that time!

mixed feelings about this stay
The view from my Grand Double Room was excellent, providing endless ocean vistas. The beach, although across a busy road, was truly lovely and inviting for sunbathing. I appreciated the dedicated staff who were eager to assist despite some language barriers.
Breakfast could use more variety, as the hot food was often cold.

The spacious Grand Royale Double Room was exceptionally clean and offered stunning views. Breakfast featured a broad variety of dishes, especially the sweet products that were delightful. The location provided easy access to the beach and a nearby shopping center, although the hotel not being part of a well-known chain was somewhat surprising given its quality. Occasional delays in room service could be improved.
